My husband Don came from a family of "Dad's" in the kitchen. I am spoiled. Keeping the pantry filled, is a good way to ensure his creativity and I'm happy to step out of the kitchen. Don and I have had many a "date" night at the grocery store. He is a true foodie and loves to read ingredient labels, scout the meat department, I love him cooking. This was a lazy Saturday and to my surprise he is up and looking for something to heat up his cast iron pan over. Yippee, Italian pork sausage waiting in the frig. You'll love it. Make sure you check out, On my Soap Box Quiche, this is what I did with the leftover sausage. The video is a hoot as well. Happy Cooking
