You Really can't get any closer to the Willamette River for a meal, unless you brought your canoe!
As notorious "Foodies" Don and I are picky, having a bit different criteria when choosing a restaurant. For years, at least when we didn't have to pay for a babysitter we have attempted to go out for dates on Friday evenings. Not a perfect recorded, investing in our relationship is a priority we have made. Worth every penny, even the unique times we have kept to budget and just spent pennies and gone for a drive with a picnic basket. You will enjoy this post about "relationships". For me, it's all about atmosphere & service. I will drive the extra mile for a "Chef" who know's what he is doing. Don? Loves value, a good dark beer and is a bit more home bound then I am. Which is the reason we updo our backyard (See Living Beautifully, Dining Graciously) because many times that is the best meal with a view in town is home. I do the organizing, and probably most of the choosing, thankfully out taste buds are similar. A couple of reasons forSpaghetti Factory being our selection for our Double Date:

As shared by me on Trip Adviser: Spaghetti Factory Corvallis Oregon, a perfect place for our double date with dear friends, Delightfully pleased with our food, excellent service even on a Friday evening. Taylor our waitress did an excellent job, we asked her not to rush as we wanted to enjoy and visit. We did expect a wait time to get seated but they exceeded and sat us before estimated time. Window seat, perfect view of the river. We will return again. Thank you.
